About The Virginia Square Real Estate Market

Lexington Square is a great building that is close to everything including the Virginia Square Metro stop.  Homes in the building range from the mid $300′s to the upper $500′s which makes it affordable for first time buyers and those wanting upgrades.

Other more luxurious buildings like Virginia Square offer condos (some with stunning views of National Cathedral) starting in the mid $500′s; and The Monroe, a boutique building, with condos starting in the mid $700′s.  A more dated looking building is Tower Villa with homes starting in the low to mid $400′s.  Its best attributes are the large patios off each unit, larger homes in the building and the bragging rights to having the largest condominium pool in Arlington.

Single family homes and town houses are also mainstays in Virginia Square for those who want a more intimate feel with their homes.  Single family homes average in the mid $700′s and townhomes around the upper $500′s and low $600′s.
