Known by locals as “the Pike,” Columbia Pike is one of the main arteries through Arlington.  While it stretches through Arlington from Washington Boulevard into Fairfax County, the “center” of the village is considered to be the blocks around the intersection of Columbia Pike and Walter Reed Drive.
