Aaron, also known as “Mr. Arlington,” is the group leader of Aaron Seekford Group. He is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, a Certified Residential Specialist, and Relocation Certified. Aaron is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, Top Producers Club, and Arlington Chamber of Commerce.Aaron has been a licensed Realtor since 1995. He also became a Broker in 2000 (in both Virginia and Washington, DC), one of the youngest at the time to receive this designation. Ike is the Principal Broker of Arlington Realty, Inc. and the father of Aaron Seekford. Ike was the top agent in his office when he worked for Town & Country Realtors back in 1979. After years of success, Ike decided to open his own real estate company with his sister, Virginia Seekford Smith. In 1984, Arlington Realty was formed. Ike was also an appraiser for over 12 years and worked for the government as a Tax Assessor for 10 years. His knowledge and work ethic helped create a family run company that is now one of Arlington’s premier go to companies. In fact, Long & Foster put out an ad that listed Arlington Realty as one of its competitors (That speaks volumes when Arlington Realty only has 7 full time agents and L&F has over 450!).

Alex is our buyer specialist. He is the #1 buyer specialist and has gone through extensive testing and skill training to officially becoming a team member. His outstanding attention to detail and follow-through with our customers is second to none. Alex came from the customer service department at a local high end luxury automobile dealer. He won countless awards year after year and made the move to Arlington Realty in 2010. Alex is an avid cyclist and enjoys time with his wife and two beautiful children.

Jesse coordinates various social media and web projects for the Aaron Seekford Group. He has dipped his feet in everything from marketing to public relations to print/broadcast journalism over the years, having worked for several globally-renowned organizations in the DC area. His goal is to make Aaron Seekford Group a household name.

Mario Najarro manages all property owner rentals. He provides turnkey property management solutions to owners that do not want to manage their own investments. Some of the services include; collecting rent, performing check-in/check-out inspections, finding qualified tenants, and completing background checks on all prospective tenants. Cassie is our Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Specialist. She works directly with our group members as well as our clients to ensure that the buying, selling and rental process runs smoothly. Cassie utilizes her background in Communication and Interactive Design to manage and update website content as well as assist with branding, email and print marketing for the Aaron Seekford Group. Cassie also assists in following, updating and implementing new social media outreach techniques.

Crystal is the closing agent who handles all of your documents related to closing. She is the person you will see when you settle on your next home. Crystal puts the paperwork together that comes from the lender for the day of closing. She also sends out a title clerk to research and make sure that the property you are buying has a clear title.

Denise is the staff’s professional photographer. She is responsible for capturing the best pictures possible to be displayed on all real estate-related Web sites and marketing materials. She also designs and develops a professional-quality stock brochure that is displayed in each property for prospective buyers’ convenience.

Dave has been doing marketing with Aaron since 1995. Dave has won countless awards for his design work and has increased business 3 to 8% year after year. Dave continues to surpass expectations with his creative, eye-catching marketing pieces (including postcards, fliers, signs and more!).

Paul is Aaron Seekford Group’s preferred lender with First Home Mortgage. Aaron has worked with Paul and can testify to his passion for the business and desire to educate rather than dictate what clients need. His integrity and work ethic are aligned with Aaron’s, so you have a lender that you can trust and call on at anytime.
